The counting channel is the Discord bot's counting game in your community chat on the website and in the app.

The rules#

  • Every message is the next number: 1, 2, 3 and so on.
  • Nobody counts twice in a row.
  • Only numbers: words, pictures and edits aren't allowed in the channel.

Setting it up#

Make a channel for it in Channels & server feeds, then pick it on Counting channel and save. A community has one counting channel. Pick None to switch counting off; the channel becomes a normal one again.

Mistakes#

With A mistake starts the count over off, a wrong number or someone counting twice isn't posted and the player is told the next number, like the Discord bot deletes it. With it on, the message posts, a card says who broke the count, and counting starts again from 1.

The count#

The page shows where the count is and the highest number reached. Set the count to changes it, for example after a mix-up; 0 starts over at 1.
