Dashboard stats and error log

Read your dashboard's main page: Premium status, member, channel and role totals, joins and leaves, invite stats and the Bot Error Logs list.

On this page

The main page of your dashboard is a quick health check for your community. It shows whether the server has Premium, how many members, channels and roles you have, who joined and left today and yesterday, how your invites are doing, and any problems the bot ran into. When a feature isn't working, the Bot Error Logs list at the bottom is the first place to look.

Before you start#

  • Open it by clicking Dashboard at the top of the sidebar, or the server name in the breadcrumb on any dashboard page.
  • Join and leave numbers come from the bot's own records of each join, so they start from when the bot joined your server.
  • If the channel or role totals look wrong, run /setup in Discord and choose Update Channels and Roles for Website.

What's on the page#

Server totals#

Three cards show Total Members, Total Channels and Total Roles. The member total is updated by the bot whenever someone joins or leaves. Channels and roles come from the list the bot last synced to the website.

Join Leave Stats Today and Yesterday#

Each card shows today's (or yesterday's) date and three numbers:

NumberMeaning
Members JoinedMembers who joined that day.
Members LeftMembers who left that day.
Net MembersJoined minus left.

Below them, a table lists each member by Username with a Status of Join, Left, or Joined and Left (they joined and left on the same day). If nobody came or went, it says "No Members Joined or Left Today." (or Yesterday).

Overall Server Invites#

One row per inviter (and per keyword, for invites made with /invite create), for your permanent invites (ones that never expire):

ColumnMeaning
InviterWho created the invite.
KeywordThe keyword from /invite create, if any.
JoinsHow many different members joined through their invites.
LeavesHow many of those members have since left.

Click a column header to sort by it, and again to reverse. "No Invite Tracking Information found for this server." means no tracked joins yet. See Invite tracking.

Bot Error Logs#

The 20 most recent problems the bot had in your server, newest first:

ColumnMeaning
ChannelThe channel involved. Click it to open the channel in Discord. Empty for server-wide problems.
LocationWhich feature had the problem, like Welcome Channel or Reaction Roles.
InfoWhat went wrong, or Discord's own error message.
TimeHow long ago it happened.

Old entries aren't cleared. They drop off as newer ones arrive, so check the Time column to see whether a problem is still happening. "No Bot Errors found for this server." means nothing has gone wrong.

Troubleshooting#

All the join and leave numbers are 0#

Nobody joined or left on those days, or the bot only just joined your server. Numbers start from the bot's own join records.

A member left but isn't counted as a leave#

Members who joined before the bot was in your server have no join record, so their leave isn't counted.

Total Channels or Total Roles is wrong#

Run /setup in Discord, choose Update Channels and Roles for Website, then reload the dashboard.

The same error keeps appearing#

Check the Time column. If new entries keep arriving, the problem is still happening: follow the fix in Common errors. If the newest entry is old, it's already fixed.
