Tickets and transcripts
Find any ticket your server has had, see who opened, claimed and closed it and how it was rated, and read its full conversation on the website.
On this page
Every ticket's conversation is saved when it closes, so you can read it back long after the Discord channel is gone. The website keeps the messages, and the bot also posts an HTML transcript file (with the images inside it) to your ticket log channel and to the member.
Before you start#
- You need the ticket system set up.
- The bot needs Read Message History in the ticket channels to save transcripts.
When transcripts are saved#
The bot saves a ticket's messages automatically when:
- the ticket is closed (with the button,
/ticket closeor an accepted close request), - the ticket is deleted and hadn't been saved yet.
Staff can also click 📝 Transcript on a closed ticket to save the latest messages and get the HTML file. Saving again after a reopen only adds the new messages.
What a transcript includes#
- Every message in the ticket, from people and bots, up to 10,000 messages.
- Embeds (like the welcome message and the member's form answers) and attachments.
- In the HTML file, images up to about 6 MB in total are built into the file, so they still show after Discord's links expire. Other files are linked.
Find a ticket#
It's under Tickets & applications in the sidebar.
The Tickets and transcripts page lists your tickets, newest first, 50 per page.
Search by ticket number, member name or ID, or title, and pick a status.
The ticket page shows its details, the member's form answers and the saved messages.

Troubleshooting#
A ticket has no messages#
It was never closed, or its channel was deleted by hand before it was. Transcripts can't be saved after the channel is gone.
An attachment link doesn't open#
Discord's attachment links expire after a while. Open the HTML transcript posted in your ticket log channel instead: images are built into it.
Older tickets show fewer messages#
Tickets closed before 24 October 2026 were saved the old way: only the last 100 messages written by people, without attachments.
