Auto posts (Top 25, activity, playtime)
Have the bot post your server's Top 25 players, hourly and daily activity graphs and a daily farm stats summary, and show total playtime in a channel name.

Auto posts keep your community's channels lively without anyone lifting a finger. For each game server you link to Farm Sim Game, the bot can post a Top 25 players leaderboard, hourly and daily activity graphs, and a daily farm stats summary on a schedule you choose. It can also rename a voice channel to show the overall playtime on your server.
Before you start#
- Top 25 Auto Posts and Activity Auto Posts work with any supporter tier.
- Daily Farm Stats and the Overall Playtime Display need Silver or higher.
Without the right tier, the channel lists show "Disabled - This is a premium feature." See Premium or Supporter Details.
- Your game server must already be added. See Add your game server.
- Daily Farm Stats reads your savegame, so Savegame Scan in Extended Settings must be set up and working first.
- If a channel is missing from a list, run
/setupin Discord, choose Update Channels and Roles for Website, then reload the page.
Set it up#
Go to Game servers and click the edit (pencil) button next to your game server. This opens its settings page in your My Community dashboard.
In On this page, click Auto Post Settings. It takes you to Game Server Top 25 Auto Posts, inside the Premium Features card.
Pick a Top 25 Channel and choose a Post Interval (Hours) from 1 to 24.
Under Game Server Top 25 Ignored Players, type an in-game name in Player Name and click Add. It saves straight away.
Under Game Server Activity Auto Posts, pick an Activity Channel, then choose the Hourly Interval (Hours) and Daily Interval (Hours).
In the Extended Settings card, find Game Server Farm Stats › Daily Farm Stats. Pick a Daily Farm Stats Channel, a Daily Farm Stats Hour, and switch on the stats you want under Daily Farm Stats Display.
In the Discord Settings card, under Game Server Overall Playtime Display, pick an Overall Playtime Channel (a voice channel) and, if you like, a Channel Label.
Click Save Server Settings under On this page (or Save in the jump bar).
To turn an auto post off, set its channel back to Disabled - Select Channel to Enable and save.

Top 25 and activity#

How each auto post works#
Top 25 players#
The bot ranks players by their total playtime on this game server and posts the top 25. Playtime is counted when a player leaves the server, and time spent idle doesn't count. Players on your Top 25 Ignored Players list are skipped, so the list fills up with the next players instead.
The first post goes out within a minute or so of saving. After that, the bot posts again once your Post Interval (Hours) has passed. If nobody has played yet, nothing is posted.
Ignored players#
Use the ignore list for staff, test accounts or bots you don't want on the leaderboard.
- Type the name exactly as it appears in game. Capital letters don't matter.
- Each name can only be added once per game server.
- Remove a name with the red delete button next to it in the table.
- The list also applies to
/game server top25.
Activity graphs#
The bot draws two line graphs and posts each one on its own timer:
- Hourly Server Player Activity shows the most players online in each hour over the last 24 hours.
- Daily Server Player Activity shows the most players online on each day over the last 7 days.
The graph's height goes up to your server's player slots. If the server has been offline and there is nothing to plot, the graph says "No Data Available".
Daily farm stats#
Once a day, at the hour you pick, the bot posts a Daily Farm Stats embed with one section for each active farm on the server, listing the stats you switched on.
- It only posts if your savegame was updated in the last 2 hours. If the scan has stalled, that day is skipped.
- It posts at most once per day.
- Money and Loans show how much they changed since the last daily post, like
$1,254,300 (▲ $84,000). - With Money switched on, the last embed has a chart of up to 6 farms' money over the last 30 in-game days.
- A server with lots of farms is split over several embeds, titled Daily Farm Stats (1/2), (2/2) and so on.
- If you switch every stat off, each farm shows "No farm stats selected".
Overall playtime display#
Every hour, the bot adds up the playtime of everyone who has played on this server, including
players who are online right now, and renames your voice channel, for example
Overall Playtime » 1.5k h. Totals of 1,000 hours or more are shortened with a k. Saving the
settings makes the bot update it on the next hourly check.
Discord only lets a channel's name change twice every 10 minutes. Use a voice channel just for this display. If the name was changed recently, the bot waits until Discord allows the next change.
Commands#
Members can also see the Top 25 and activity graphs on demand:
/game server activity EveryoneDisplay player activity graphs for selected game server.
/game server top25 EveryoneDisplay Top 25 Players by playtime for selected game server.

All three use your bot's embed color, which you set on Bot nickname and embed color.
A single read-only "server-stats" channel works well for the Top 25, both graphs and the daily farm stats. Members get one place to check, and your chat channels stay clean.

If your tier drops below Silver, the bot stops posting daily farm stats and stops updating the overall playtime channel. See Premium.
Troubleshooting#
The Top 25 or activity graph never posts#
- Check a channel is picked and you clicked Save Server Settings.
- Make sure the bot can View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links there. Activity graphs also need Attach Files.
- The Top 25 only posts once someone has finished a session on the server. Playtime is recorded when a player leaves.
- Wait for the interval. If you set 24 hours, the next post is a day after the last one.
A player still shows in the Top 25#
The name must match the in-game name exactly (capital letters aside). Check for extra spaces, symbols or a different nickname. Players who changed their in-game name show up under each name they used.
Daily farm stats didn't post today#
- Savegame Scan must be Enabled in Extended Settings, and Last Savegame Update should show a recent time. The post is skipped if the last update is more than 2 hours old.
- The bot posts during the hour you picked, in US Central time.
- Your Discord needs Silver or higher.
- If the bot can't send in the channel, Bot Error Logs on your dashboard shows Daily Farm Stats with "Unable to send messages in server channel."
The overall playtime channel name doesn't change#
- It updates once an hour, and Discord only allows two renames every 10 minutes.
- The bot needs Manage Channels on that voice channel.
- Your Discord needs Silver or higher.
